Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how TWCW (Travis Wade Coaching & Wellness) (“TWCW”, “we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use the TWCW mobile application (the “App”).

1) What information we collect

Account information

• Email address
• Name / display name (as provided by you or your coach)
• Role information (coach or client) and invite-related data

Fitness and coaching data you enter

• Workout assignments, logs, sets, reps, weights, notes
• Nutrition assignments and check-in status (e.g., confirmed/mostly/missed)
• Progress photos (if you upload them)
• Goals, equipment, and profile information (e.g., nutrition profile)

Device and app information

• Basic device identifiers used for push notifications (example: device model ID)
• App and platform data required for the App to function (iOS/Android)

Push notification token (optional)

• If you enable notifications, we store your device’s push token and whether notifications are enabled.

2) How we use your information

• To provide core App functionality (workouts, nutrition, coaching, and logging)
• To connect coaches and clients and show the correct data to each role
• To send optional reminders (push notifications) when enabled
• To maintain account safety, prevent abuse, and troubleshoot issues
• To comply with legal obligations

3) Where your data is stored

The App uses Supabase (hosted database and authentication) to store and process data. Access controls (including row-level security) are used to limit data access based on your authenticated account.

4) Who can see your data

Your data is generally visible only to:

• You (your own client or coach account)
• Your linked coach (if you are a client)
• Your linked clients (if you are a coach, for the data related to those clients)

We do not sell your personal information.

5) Sharing of information

We may share information only in limited cases:

• With service providers needed to operate the App (e.g., Supabase, push notification services)
• If required by law, legal process, or to protect safety and rights
• With your explicit consent

6) Data export and deletion

The App includes:

• Export my data — lets you download a copy of your account data.
• Delete account — permanently deletes your account and associated personal data (subject to limited legal/operational retention where required).

7) Push notifications

If you enable notifications, we store a push token to send reminders. You can disable notifications at any time in the App. Disabling notifications updates your stored token status to disabled.

8) Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data.

9) Children’s privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps.

10) International users

If you use the App from outside your home jurisdiction, your information may be processed in the country where our service providers operate.

11) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the “Effective date” above when changes are made.
