Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how Travis Wade Fitness (“we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, stores, and protects your information when you use the Travis Wade Fitness mobile application (the “App”).

The App is an invite-only coaching platform. Accounts are created through a coach invitation and are not available for public self-registration.

1) What information we collect

Account information

• Email address
• Name / display name
• Role (coach or client)
• Invite and account status information

Health and coaching data

• Workout assignments, programs, and workout logs (sets, reps, weights, notes)
• Nutrition assignments and check-in responses
• Goals and related coaching information
• Progress photos (if uploaded)
• Messages exchanged between coach and client

This information is used solely to provide personal training and coaching services within the App.

Device and technical information

• Basic device information (device type, operating system, app version)
• Push notification token (if notifications are enabled)

We do not collect precise location data. We do not use advertising identifiers. We do not track users across other apps or websites.

2) How we use your information

• To provide workout, nutrition, and coaching functionality
• To connect coaches and clients and display appropriate data by role
• To store and display progress history
• To send optional push notifications when enabled
• To maintain account security and prevent unauthorized access
• To comply with legal obligations

We do not sell your personal information.

3) Where your data is stored

The App uses Supabase for authentication, database storage, and secure file storage (including progress photos). Access is protected using authenticated login and role-based permissions.

The App also relies on the following service providers:

• Expo Services for push notification delivery
• YouTube (Google) for embedded exercise videos
• Cloudflare to host public website and policy pages

These providers process information only as necessary to operate the App.

4) Who can see your data

• You (your own account)
• Your assigned coach (if you are a client)
• Your assigned clients (if you are a coach)

Data access is restricted to authenticated users based on account role.

5) Progress photos

If you upload progress photos:

• Photos are securely stored in private storage linked to your account.
• Only you and your assigned coach can access them.
• Photos are deleted when you delete your account, subject to limited legal retention requirements.

6) Push notifications

If you enable notifications, we store your device’s push token in order to send coaching-related reminders or updates. You may disable notifications at any time in the App or device settings.

7) Data export and deletion

• Export My Data — allows you to download a copy of your account data.
• Delete Account — permanently deletes your account and associated personal data from active systems, subject to limited legal or operational retention requirements.

Clients may delete their account directly from the “Me” screen in the App. Coaches may contact support to request account deletion.

8) Data retention

We retain your data while your account remains active. When your account is deleted, associated personal data is permanently removed from active systems, except where limited retention is required by law.

9) Security

We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

10) Children’s privacy

The App is not intended for children under 13. If we become aware that a child has provided personal data, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

11) International users

By using the App, you understand that your information may be processed in jurisdictions where our service providers operate.

12) Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. The “Effective date” above will reflect the latest revision.
