Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Travis Wade Fitness mobile application (the “App”). By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1) Who we are

The App is provided by Travis Wade Fitness (“Travis Wade Fitness”, “we”, “us”, “our”). The App supports coaching services delivered by Travis Wade and, where applicable, other authorized coaches on the Travis Wade Fitness team.

2) Invite-only accounts and eligibility

• The App is invite-only. Accounts are created through a coach invitation. The App does not offer public self-registration.
• You must provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.

3) Coaching relationship

The App facilitates communication, assignment delivery, progress tracking, and logging between coaches and clients. Coaching guidance is provided by your coach. You are responsible for how you apply that guidance and for your own choices and actions.

4) Health and safety disclaimer (important)

• The App provides fitness and wellness coaching tools and information only. It does not provide medical advice or diagnosis.
• Always consult a qualified healthcare provider before beginning any exercise, nutrition, or wellness program, especially if you have any medical condition, injuries, or concerns.
• Stop immediately and seek medical attention if you experience pain, dizziness, faintness, shortness of breath, or any adverse symptoms.
• Results vary and are not guaranteed. Your progress depends on many factors including effort, consistency, health, and lifestyle.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the App, its security, or its infrastructure
• Upload or share content you do not have the right to use or share
• Harass, threaten, or impersonate others through the App

6) Content you upload (including progress photos and messages)

You retain ownership of content you upload or submit through the App (such as notes, messages, and progress photos). You grant Travis Wade Fitness a limited permission to store, host, process, and display that content solely to operate the App and provide services to you and your linked coach/client relationship.

7) Data export and account deletion

The App may provide tools to export your data and delete your account. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Some limited data may be retained where required for legal compliance, security, fraud prevention, or operational integrity.

8) Availability, updates, and changes

We may change, update, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We do not guarantee the App will be available at all times or without interruption.

9) Third-party services

The App may rely on third-party services to function (for example: hosting, authentication, storage, push notifications, or embedded video providers). Your use of those services may be subject to their separate terms and policies.

10) Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties of any kind, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Travis Wade Fitness will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App.

12) Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the App if you violate these Terms or if needed for safety, security, or to protect the App and its users. You may stop using the App at any time and may delete your account using the in-app tools (if available).

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the service is operated, without regard to conflict of law rules.
