Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TWCW mobile application (the “App”). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

1) Who we are

The App is provided by TWCW (Travis Wade Coaching & Wellness) (“TWCW”, “we”, “us”).

2) Accounts and eligibility

• You must provide accurate account information and keep it up to date.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.

3) Coaching relationship

The App helps facilitate communication, assignment delivery, and logging between coaches and clients. Your coach is responsible for the coaching guidance they provide, and you are responsible for how you apply it.

4) Health and safety disclaimer (important)

• The App does not provide medical advice and is not a substitute for professional medical care.
• Consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness or nutrition program.
• Stop immediately and seek medical help if you experience pain, dizziness, or any adverse symptoms.

5) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the App for unlawful, harmful, or abusive purposes
• Attempt to access another user’s account or data
• Reverse engineer, disrupt, or interfere with the App or its security
• Upload content you do not have the right to share

6) Content you upload

You retain ownership of content you upload (such as notes and progress photos). You grant TWCW permission to store and process that content solely to operate the App and provide services to you and your linked coach/client relationship.

7) Data export and deletion

The App may offer tools to export your data and delete your account. Deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. Some limited data may be retained where required for legal, security, or operational reasons.

8) Availability and changes

We may change, suspend, or discontinue parts of the App at any time. We will try to minimize disruptions, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

9) Third-party services

The App may rely on third-party services to function (for example, hosting, authentication, push notifications). Your use of those services may be subject to their terms.

10) Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of any kind, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

11) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TWCW will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits, or revenues, arising from your use of the App.

12) Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if needed for safety/security. You may stop using the App at any time and may request account deletion through the App’s tools (if available).

13) Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the service is operated, without regard to conflict of law rules.
